Consent to Personal Data Processing
By submitting a request on the website manakovdesign.ru via the forms "Submit a Request" and "Discuss Project", the individual, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – Consent) to Nikita Manakov (TIN 220807383014, manakov12645@gmail.com, +7 (996) 707-15-13), the owner of the website manakovdesign.ru, under the following terms:
1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automated tools.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: personal data not related to special categories of personal data or biometric personal data: name; mobile phone number.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: clarification of order details and consultation.
4. The following actions will be performed with personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating (modification, alteration); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of Nikita Manakov for the purpose specified in this Consent: LLC "Bazium", OGRN 1207700310289, Russia, Moscow.
6. Personal data is processed for a period of 30 days from the moment of refusal to continue discussing the project or from the moment of making a decision to conclude a contract for the project in accordance with Part 4, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, whichever occurs first.
7. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending a written statement or an electronic statement signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
8. In the event of withdrawal of Consent by you or your representative, Nikita Manakov may continue processing personal data without such consent if there are grounds specified in points 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
9. This Consent remains valid until the termination of personal data processing as specified in points 6 and 7 of this Consent.
